Exceptional service from Rhineland Car in Altona. Even though we no longer live nearby, they make servicing our Ford Edge incredibly easy by picking up our vehicle, leaving us another to use, and returning ours when the work is done - all at no extra charge.

I had a recall repair to be done. I was going to go into Winnipeg and a friend recommended you guys. You helped me out with two other issues. They went the extra mile to accommodate my needs, as foar as changing my appointment from Monday to Tuesday because the MCC down the street is closed on Mondays lol. Fast and friendly service. Very friendly people that explained every process and held no information back. We asked for the bottom line and that's what we got. 4 months after we ordered with no conformation needed they had the same total on the day we picked it up. Honesty and integrity to the core. I feel Rhineland Ford treats their customers better than big city dealerships. They don’t pressure you when purchasing a vehicle and they listen to what the customer wants for a vehicle and follows through for them. They make you feel comfortable and go over everything with you whether it’s financing or leasing. They take time in showing you all the features in the vehicle before leaving the dealership. They treat their clients like family.

I was having troubles with my F-150 I was only home for one day before leaving on holidays. Rhineland Car took my truck in and had it back to me at the end of the same business day. Problem was fixed and it was washed and cleaned.

Frustrating to have problems on a new truck but couldn’t be happier with the service. I was given priority treatment in a rushed situation and they made sure I was on my way. It makes it hard to shop anywhere else when I get service like this from Rhineland Car. Really appreciate the small town service I get whenever I stop by.
